The film reviews included here appeared in Documentary Magazine, a publication of the International Documentary Association (IDA), from 2009 to the present. They are all historically relevant films by significant documentary makers that are now available on DVD or BluRay and were often the final results made possible by extensive archival and film restoration projects.
